The log sided cabin is available all year

Daily rates available only during Spring and Fall,
or upon last minute availability. Daily rentals add 7% Sales Tax.
All cabin rentals add 3% County Hotel Tax

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
All cabins and townhouses are fully furnished. We supply
mattress covers and comforters for the beds,
you must bring your own linens and pillows.
For the bath, you must bring towels, toilet paper, and toiletries.
The kitchens have full size refrigerator, stove, microwave,
toaster, coffee maker, pots & pans, dishes, silverware. You only need clear trash bags, dish detergent, and of course, food.

Cabins 1 - 11 and the log cabin have picnic tables and fire rings.
Our newer cabins 14 - 19 do not have these features.

Your pets are welcome, but they must be leashed
when you have them outside. Please clean up after them immediately. In addition, dogs that bark all day are annoying
to other guests. Please keep your pets off our furniture.
Please adhere to these rules so
everyone does not lose the privilege to bring pets.
Please be prepared to furnish a photocopy of current immunization records. Rabies shots are good for 3 years, distemper is good for 1 year. This information must be on hand for the safety of everyone staying at the campground. If this information is not available,
your pet will not be permitted to stay at Pleasant View.

Deposit & Cancellation Policy
Weekly reservations require $200 deposit and daily reservations require $100. This deposit guarantees your intention to come to Pleasant View on your chosen dates. After April 1, deposits from cancellation will only be returned when we are able to rerent your space for the dates reserved.

Boats and Motors
Boats include oars, anchors, cushions.
New York law requires all boaters to have a life jacket on board,
and all children under age 12 must wear their jacket
when the engine is running.
Please be advised that you must be prepared
to furnish your own life jackets
and are responsible for having them on board.
Only 8 hp motors include first 6 gal of gas.
All boat rentals add 7% sales tax
Security deposit required. Refundable upon boat returned clean with no damage to boat or motor minus any lost rent.
